Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The use or rental of the products and / or services offered on www.olibaza.com constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale.

Purchases made on this website are subject to the regulation.

Shipping

We ship with several transport services, mainly Correos Spain, MRW, SEUR, UPS. OLIBAZA will choose one of them to send your order. Normally our shipments take between 24 and 96 hours (on weekdays).

Shipping charges and taxes, are included in the price for Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consult by email or contact form before placing any order.

We ship to: Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consult via email or contact form). Outside Spain, it's limited to the countries listed on the web (outside of these, contact us via email or contact form). In case any particular product had a longer delivery, we would point to the buyer via email, or we weill indicate it on the product itself.

The price of the products may be associated some discount according to the number of boxes of the product added to cart.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is done through various transport services (Spain Mail, MRV, SEUR, UPS) from our warehouse in Baza. Once the order is placed, it is delivered within a maximum of 4 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays) in Spain. All our orders are delivered to the address and the recipient name specified. In the case of not being present at the time of delivery, the carriers will leave a note if they make a new attempt or whether the client should pick it up in office.

Returns

If not satisfied with the products purchased in olibaza.com, you can return them no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns must be sent along with the copy of the delivery note accompanying the shipment. For any possible incident or complaint, we recommend that you contact us by email at pedidos@olibaza.com. The payment done will be entirely refunded.

The rules regarding cancellations of orders and / or returns, (regulated by the Law on 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, warranty and invoicing are as follows: we only accept products sent with their original package and in perfect condition.

The delivery invoice as valid manufacturer's warranty, it will take effect from the day the delivery is made at the address of the buyer. Claims for incidents as the product is delivered damaged, wrong, or any other cause which may claim shall be treated as follows:

For request cancellation and / or refund, the customer must return the product to OLIBAZA SL within 7 days after receipt of order, and return costs are the responsibility of the client (law 15/1/96 number 7/1996 Act).

Payment

Order payments can be formalized by COD or payment by PayPal. By placing your order, depending on the destination, our page will let you select payment by reimbursement, you have to pay the final amount to the carrier at the time of delivery.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, the customer is redirected to a secure PayPal page where you can make the payment of the selected product.

You can also arrange payment orders by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard or 4B cards.

At the end of the checkout process, the customer is redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card details safely. From that page, you can select the payment directly with your credit card. The transaction will be made through 3D-Secure protocol according to the international standard for e-commerce (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode). It is necessary that the card is activated as 3D-Secure, a process that can be done easily and quickly through the phone or the web from your bank, and you will help ensure all your purchases online. No bank data passes through bank computer systems of olibaza.com. This ensures that the payment by this method is completely safe and fast.

You can arrange payment orders by Bank Transfer.

By selecting this payment method, the customer is directed to a page that indicates the cost of your order. From that page, you can finish the buying process and will show you the bank details for the transfer. Remember: The costs incurred in this mode of payment are borne by the customer. Once the order is completed, the order is in a state of "awaiting payment" until confirmation of the transfer. At that moment, the order will be prepared and submitted.
